Blower Door (Whole-House Air Leakage) Testing

We measure how airtight your home is by testing whole-house air leakage — a required piece of Title 24 compliance for many projects.

Overview

How airtight is your home?

A blower door test uses a powerful fan temporarily mounted in a doorway to depressurize the home. The rate at which air flows through the fan tells us how much outside air leaks in through the building envelope.

Need to do this before the permit can close out. Because we deliver same-day, there’s no waiting on a report to keep your schedule on track.

  • Measures whole-house air leakage through the envelope
  • Confirms results against Title 24 requirements
  • Same-day results and documentation for permit closeout
